It's been about a month since I drew any mandalas. These are from around the end of April. Thanks to Nina, I will be taking up mandala making again!

Mother for Monday Artday

I drew this portrait for the new blog Monday Artday. The challenge this week is mother. So I dug out an old black and white passport photo of my Mom holding me as a baby and properly had a go at drawing. It's been a long time since I spent so long working on something that wasn't for a course or assignment and I really enjoyed it. Great challenge Bearuh!

I painted this for my Mum's birthday. Not having painted or drawn much in the last 10 days or so, I think I am out of practice. But somehow I think she'll forgive me.
