Uhm...eehhmm... novel? I have to admit: I'm totally absorbed with my study, work and painting at the moment. I'll try Nanowrimo again next year :( But: I'm painting on wood now, and still experimenting with textures. That's worth something, isn't it? :D

Silas has all the luck he needs today. Very lovely!
I like your sense of humor *:)
Silas is very lucky, until the bird poops... lol i love this!
So the bigger the bird the bigger the luck!
:-)
And does it work with elephants....?
Fantastic! This is precious. Love the colors. How fun to be reminded of things from childhood.
bravo! what a great idea, well done!
This is great! Hope the bird doesn't stay too long. Nothing more superstitious than birdpoop on the head :)

you make me giggle so much, i love that ms.h.b. humour of yours!!!! big hugs, glad you're feeling better!!!
Very cool. I heard it was good luck for birds to leave their calling cards on your car too. That must be the blue bird of happiness

Hi! thanks for your comment on my illo, your drawings are very pretty!
:)
Love your sense of forms and shapes, and colours. They feel so direct.
That's great! The colours are lovely and punchy. Have you ever had a bird dropping on your head? I have! Yuck!! :-)
I love how Silas' face is cut off. This is a very cool graphic image.
I've heard that one too... umm, not so sure myself. Great illustration.
In my country we have the same superstitious things, but it came with a 'cicak' pee hehehe...
What a great illustration...love that it is done on a tag.
Great expression on Silas' face... waiting for his inevitable good fortune.
That's pretty funny...
hehe, this is so funny :) I love the colours, too.
So simple but beautiful. Nice work ... I love it!
Super! and Hilarious! Happy Thanksgiving!
Great pic! It'd fit perfectly in a book as illustration. It's so... cute :D
