Just felt I have to stop by and say hello, seeing that I feel as if I know you...
I woke up this morning at 5am to my baby violently vomiting in bed next to me, silly mammy had forgotten that solids need to be started slowly and on day 5 fed him waaaay too much, in my defense he loved it and wanted more. But anyway, I got up, changed his clothes, cleaned the bed and proceeded to search the internet about vomiting, breastfeeding, and solids, and how to wean them - amazing I've forgotten it all especially since I have 6.5 and 4yo too!!
And this is how I came across your post on a forum about Jake vomiting, and trip to the hospital, and subsequent surgery. I read for 3 hours straight, through the ups abd downs, and the excitement of him going home, giggled at the walrus ;) n had tears in my eyes good few times...
I know I probably sound like a loony but you have touched my heart today... And I'm going to get up now, put some pretty clothes and the hand made jewelry my 4yo made me yesterday, lol, and try and do something really fun with my children.
You sound like an amazing person and wanted to wish you all the best. Jake is such a fun little boy! :-)
After a cup of tea now I do realise I sound like a completely loony (sorry!!!) no need to post my comment on your blog, just wanted to say hi, felt disrespectful not too after following your journey- didn't think of any other way but to post a comment here
Awwww Lana, thank you! You don't sound like a loony at all, thank you for your lovely comment, it really touched me and made me smile. Hope you all have a great day!!

Hi Beth, yes I did make it. It's the same one, but they came out differently when I took one without a flash. Thanks!
Wow! So lovely. Happy new year to you as well. May it be a full, beautiful, rewarding one.
