moments of peace for illustration friday

Most of my family is scattered around the globe and I don't get to see them much. I won't be spending Christmas with my parents or my brother, but I will have some of my family with me. This is them, catching some moments of peace. Paul and Caesar...merry xmas guys! And Happy Holidays to everyone out there.

The cat 'lump' on Paul's legs is perfect -- so perfectly cat-like in such an economical way. Lovely.

Happy Christmas!

Looks like a fine holiday to me. Lolling around doing nothing, like a sleepy kitty. Happy Holidays!

I really love your pen and ink stuff. It's very Hockneyesque. I think, pardon my hectoring, you should start concentrating now on what you do well: and that's pen and ink. Your line is fabuloso. Definitely.

Caesar looks like he's had a little too much Christmas eggnog in the first piece, lucky Ceasar. What a cutie pie.
Your friend sitting their with Caesar on his legs, so fresh and real, did I mention fun , just love it!

Merry Christmas Heartful!

There's nothing more peaceful than relaxing with a cat on your lap...and cats are the masters of the art of relaxation! Great images:>
